for the right to use the SecAmmo browser extension (SecAmmo Pro)

Effective date: 11 September 2026

Translation notice. This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between the Russian and English versions, the Russian version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law.

This document is a public offer by Tsibulsky Stanislav Andrianovich (Цибульский Станислав Андрианович), Russian TIN (INN) 772464065125, an individual applying the special tax regime “Tax on Professional Income” and the owner of the SecAmmo software, hereinafter the “Licensor”, to enter into a licence agreement on the terms set out below.

The person accepting this Offer is hereinafter referred to as the “Licensee” or the “User”.

Payment for the selected SecAmmo Pro option constitutes the User's full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.

This Offer applies to the paid mode of the SecAmmo browser extension (SecAmmo Pro) offered on the Website and/or Payment Page. The publication on the Website of information about other software products distributed under the SecAmmo name does not by itself make this Offer applicable to them. This Offer applies to another software product only where the page for that product and/or its Payment Page expressly states that this Offer applies.

The current version of this Offer is available at https://secammo.ru/en/offer/ and/or on the Payment Page.

1. Terms

SecAmmo (for the purposes of this Offer) means the SecAmmo browser extension and the related software components and services provided as part of the relevant version of the extension.

SecAmmo Pro means the paid mode of SecAmmo that gives the User access to functionality identified on the Website as belonging to SecAmmo Pro.

Website means the Licensor's official website at https://secammo.ru/.

Licence means a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use SecAmmo within the scope and by the methods provided for in this Offer.

Licence Key means a unique sequence of characters or another technical identifier that enables activation of the right to use SecAmmo Pro.

Licence Term means the period of use of SecAmmo Pro paid for by the User.

Payment Page means a web page of the Payment Service or another resource used by the Licensor to accept payment.

Payment Service means a third party that technically processes the payment.

Contact Email Address means the email address entered by the User directly on the SecAmmo checkout page before proceeding to the Payment Service interface and used to fulfil the order, provide the Licence Key, identify an existing Licence, service it and process its renewal.

2. Subject matter

2.1. For a fee, the Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive right to use SecAmmo Pro for the term selected by the User, and the User accepts that right and pays the stated fee.

2.2. The Licence does not transfer any exclusive right in SecAmmo to the User. All exclusive rights in SecAmmo, its source code, design, databases, graphic materials, trade designations and other intellectual property remain with their respective right holders.

2.3. The User may use SecAmmo:

• for personal purposes;
• in the User's own professional activity;
• in the User's own business activity;
• to perform information technology and information security tasks, provided that this Offer and applicable law are observed.

2.4. The Licence is granted within the functionality of SecAmmo and the technical limitations of the relevant software version.

2.5. The description of SecAmmo functions, the SecAmmo Pro functionality, system requirements and other current software information are published on the Website and in the “Extended feature description” section of SecAmmo.

3. Formation of the agreement

3.1. Before payment, the User independently reviews:

• the SecAmmo description;
• the available functionality;
• the price;
• the Licence Term;
• this Offer;
• other information published on the Website and Payment Page.

3.2. The User selects an offered SecAmmo Pro option, enters the Contact Email Address on the SecAmmo checkout page and then proceeds to the Payment Service interface to pay.

3.3. The agreement is formed when the User successfully pays for the selected Licence. Payment constitutes acceptance of this Offer.

3.4. By making payment, the User confirms that the User had an opportunity to read this Offer before payment and accepts its terms.

3.5. The User must enter an accurate Contact Email Address accessible to the User. It is used to fulfil the order, deliver the Licence Key, identify an existing Licence and renew it. The User bears the risk of consequences arising from an incorrect or inaccessible email address.

4. Provision of SecAmmo Pro

4.1. After successful payment is confirmed, the Licensor provides the User with a Licence Key or another technical means of activating SecAmmo Pro. Under normal operation of the technical systems, provision is automatic and generally takes a few minutes, but in any event no longer than 24 hours from confirmation of successful payment.

4.2. The Licence Key is sent to the User's Contact Email Address and/or provided by another electronic method specified when the order is placed.

4.3. Physical delivery is not provided.

4.4. To use SecAmmo, the User independently provides a compatible device, operating system, browser, Internet access and any other technical resources required for the relevant functions.

4.5. If the Licence Key or another activation means has not been provided within 24 hours after confirmation of successful payment, the User may contact sales@secammo.ru. After verifying the relevant payment, the Licensor must provide the activation means again or, where SecAmmo Pro cannot be provided for reasons attributable to the Licensor, refund the amount paid at the User's choice.

4.6. If the User entered an incorrect Contact Email Address when placing the order, the User may contact sales@secammo.ru. After receiving information sufficient to identify the relevant order and confirm the applicant's entitlement to the Licence, the Licensor may change the Contact Email Address and resend the licence information. For this verification, the Licensor does not request the full bank-card number, CVV/CVC, PIN or other secret payment credentials.

4.7. The User must keep the Licence Key confidential. If the key is lost, compromised or suspected of unauthorised use, the User may contact the Licensor. After verifying the order, the Licensor may deactivate the compromised key and provide a replacement if there are no signs of Licence abuse. Replacing or restoring a Licence Key does not create a new paid period or change the expiry date of the relevant Licence.

4.8. A period during which the User could not use SecAmmo because the User lost the Licence Key, access to email or due to other circumstances on the User's side is not in itself grounds for extending the Licence Term. This does not apply where inability to use SecAmmo arose from a confirmed malfunction or error attributable to the Licensor.

5. Licence term

5.1. The User may be offered different SecAmmo Pro terms. The current term options and their prices are stated on the Website and/or Payment Page before payment.

5.2. “1 month” means a period of one calendar month. The term expires on the corresponding date of the following calendar month or, if that month has no corresponding date, on the last day of that month.

5.3. On a subsequent Licence renewal, the original calendar day on which the relevant paid period began is retained. If a particular calendar month has no such date, the last day of that month is used without changing the original calendar day for later periods.

5.4. “1 year” means a period of 12 calendar months. The original calendar day on which the paid period began is retained; if a particular month has no such date, the last day of that month is used without changing the original calendar day for later months.

5.5. The paid term of a new SecAmmo Pro Licence begins only after successful electronic transmission of the Licence Key. For the purpose of calculating the Licence Term, the Licence Key is deemed provided when the electronic message containing it has been successfully accepted by the email service used by the Licensor for delivery to the User's Contact Email Address. Confirmation of successful payment alone does not start the term of a new Licence.

5.6. The Contact Email Address entered by the User when placing the order is used to determine whether the User has an active SecAmmo Pro Licence and whether it can be renewed.

5.7. If an active SecAmmo Pro Licence associated with the same Contact Email Address exists when a new payment is confirmed, that payment is treated as renewal of that Licence. The new paid term is added to the Licence's current expiry date, and the remaining paid term is not lost.

5.8. When an active Licence is renewed, no new Licence Key is provided and reactivation of SecAmmo is generally not required. The term of the existing Licence is changed within the SecAmmo information system. Information about the new term becomes available to the User after the relevant payment is processed.

5.9. If no active Licence associated with the Contact Email Address exists when payment is confirmed, including where a previously purchased Licence has expired, the payment is treated as purchase of a new SecAmmo Pro Licence. The User is provided with a new Licence Key sent to the Contact Email Address entered for payment. To obtain SecAmmo Pro, the User activates the new Licence in SecAmmo using the received key.

5.10. If no active Licence yet exists for the Contact Email Address, but a new Licence has already been created following a previous successful payment and electronic delivery of its key is still in progress, a subsequent successful payment to the same Contact Email Address does not create a separate Licence or key. The same new Licence and Licence Key are used, the paid periods are combined, and the total term begins only after successful provision of the key in accordance with clause 5.5 of this Offer.

5.11. If the User enters a Contact Email Address different from the address associated with the User's active Licence, the payment is treated as purchase of a new SecAmmo Pro Licence. A new Licence Key is sent to the new email address. The term of the previously purchased Licence is not changed automatically.

5.12. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the Contact Email Address entered when placing the order. To renew an active Licence without receiving a new Licence Key, the User must enter the same Contact Email Address as the one associated with the active Licence.

5.13. The User may contact sales@secammo.ru to request transfer or consolidation of an unused paid term between Licences purchased by the User with different Contact Email Addresses. The Licensor may perform such transfer or consolidation after receiving information sufficient to identify the relevant orders and confirm the applicant's entitlement to both Licences. On consolidation, one Licence may be terminated and its unused paid term transferred to the other Licence.

5.14. Licences issued for different Contact Email Addresses are not consolidated automatically.

6. Automatic renewal

6.1. This section applies only where an automatic-renewal option is expressly offered to the User on the Payment Page and the User separately selects that payment method.

6.2. Automatic renewal is not activated merely because the User accepts this Offer.

6.3. Before automatic renewal is activated, the User must be informed of:

• the amount of the recurring payment;
• the frequency of charging;
• the automatic-renewal terms;
• the method of cancellation.

6.4. When an active SecAmmo Pro Licence is successfully renewed automatically, no new Licence Key is provided and SecAmmo does not need to be activated again. The paid term of the active Licence is extended automatically after the relevant payment is confirmed by the Payment Service.

6.5. The User may at any time decline subsequent automatic charges by using a dedicated link or another subscription-cancellation mechanism provided by the Payment Service, or by sending a request to sales@secammo.ru from the Contact Email Address used for the relevant order.

6.6. After receiving and identifying a cancellation of automatic renewal, the Licensor takes the necessary measures to stop further automatic charges under the relevant subscription and sends the User confirmation of cancellation by email or another available electronic method.

6.7. If a further charge under the relevant subscription occurs after the User's cancellation of automatic renewal has been properly received and identified, the Licensor arranges a refund of the amount charged in error.

6.8. Disabling automatic renewal does not terminate or reduce a Licence Term that has already been paid for.

6.9. If automatic renewal is not actually offered to the User, this section does not apply.

7. Price and payments

7.1. The price of SecAmmo Pro is stated on the Website and/or Payment Page before payment.

7.2. The User pays 100% of the price of the selected option before the paid right of use is provided, unless otherwise expressly stated when the order is placed.

7.3. Available payment methods are determined by the capabilities of the Payment Service.

7.4. Payment may be made using Russian and/or foreign payment instruments depending on whether the relevant method is available through the Payment Service.

7.5. The amount and transaction currency displayed by the Payment Service, bank conversion and possible fees may depend on the selected payment method, the User's bank and the rules of the payment system.

7.6. The Licensor may change the price of SecAmmo Pro for future purchases. A price change does not alter the terms of a period already paid for by the User.

7.7. Upon receiving payment, the Licensor, as an individual applying the special tax regime “Tax on Professional Income”, issues a receipt in accordance with Russian law using the “My Tax” application and/or through an authorised electronic-platform operator or authorised credit institution. The receipt is delivered to the User electronically by a method permitted by law and supported by the settlement system. Where an appropriate technical integration exists, the receipt may be generated and delivered automatically.

8. Payment data

8.1. Payment is made through the Payment Service.

8.2. The Licensor neither requests from the User nor stores:

• the full bank-card number;
• the CVV/CVC;
• the PIN;
• other bank-card authentication data.

8.3. Bank-card details are entered on the side of the Payment Service and/or the payment infrastructure servicing it.

8.4. The Licensor may receive from the Payment Service only the information necessary to confirm payment and perform the Agreement, including:

• the order identifier;
• the payment status;
• the payment amount;
• information about the selected product or term;
• refund information and information necessary to issue and confirm a receipt;
• other information to the minimum extent necessary.

8.5. In the standard SecAmmo Pro purchase process, the Contact Email Address is entered by the User directly on the SecAmmo checkout page before the User proceeds to the Payment Service and is not initially obtained by the Licensor from the Payment Service.

9. Use of SecAmmo

9.1. In a standard purchase through the public Payment Page, one SecAmmo Pro user Licence is granted to one end user, associated with one Contact Email Address and may be used simultaneously on no more than two devices. The procedure in section 10 of this Offer applies to purchases of multiple Licences.

9.2. The standard procedure for purchasing SecAmmo Pro through the public Payment Page is intended for individuals. Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs purchase Licences under an individual arrangement in accordance with section 10 of this Offer.

9.3. The User may use SecAmmo:

• for personal purposes;
• in the User's own professional activity;
• in the User's own business activity;
• when performing work or providing services for clients, provided that the Licence Key is not transferred to a client or other third party and access to SecAmmo is not resold as a standalone product or service.

9.4. Where the relevant SecAmmo version imposes technical limits on the number of devices, browser profiles, simultaneous activations or other usage parameters, those limits are disclosed to the User before purchase or stated on the Website and/or in the “Extended feature description” section of SecAmmo.

9.5. The User may install, run and use SecAmmo within the granted Licence, the technical functionality of the software and the terms of this Offer.

9.6. Without the Licensor's written permission, the User may not:

• sell or resell the Licence Key;
• transfer the Licence to a third party contrary to this Offer;
• publish the Licence Key;
• enable third parties to use the User's Licence as a standalone commercial service;
• distribute modified copies of SecAmmo as a product of the Licensor;
• remove or modify right-holder notices;
• use the SecAmmo designations in a manner that falsely suggests affiliation with the Licensor or an official partnership.

9.7. The restrictions in this section do not apply to the extent that the relevant act is expressly permitted by mandatory applicable law.

9.8. The Licence is not an assignment of the software or exclusive rights in it.

10. Multiple licences

10.1. The standard procedure for purchasing SecAmmo Pro through the public Payment Page is intended for the purchase of one SecAmmo Pro user Licence.

10.2. An individual ordering procedure applies to purchases of SecAmmo Pro by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs and to purchases of two or more Licences by individuals.

10.3. A person wishing to purchase one or more Licences under an individual arrangement must contact the Licensor at sales@secammo.ru. The parties separately agree the number of Licences, their term, price, payment procedure, Licence Key delivery procedure and any other required terms.

10.4. The terms for purchasing multiple Licences may be documented in a separate written licence agreement, invoice, individual offer and/or another document in a form permitted by law.

10.5. When multiple Licences are purchased, each Licence granted is a separate SecAmmo Pro Licence intended for one end user, unless otherwise expressly provided by the relevant agreement or individual terms.

10.6. A person purchasing multiple Licences for its employees or other designated users may transfer the relevant Licence Keys to those users exclusively for the use of SecAmmo within the purchased number of Licences and the agreed terms.

10.7. The rule associating one user Licence with one Contact Email Address in a standard self-service purchase through the Payment Page does not apply to an individual arrangement for the purchase of multiple Licences unless otherwise provided by the relevant agreement.

10.8. If the terms of a separate agreement or individual offer differ from this Offer, the terms of that separate agreement or individual offer apply to the relevant purchase.

11. Purpose and characteristics of SecAmmo

11.1. SecAmmo is a software tool for obtaining, organising and analysing technical information, including information related to information security.

11.2. Some information may be generated from third-party public sources, reference materials, network services and other data sources.

11.3. The Licensor takes reasonable measures to ensure correct operation of SecAmmo but does not guarantee the absolute completeness, currency or accuracy of information obtained from independent third-party sources.

11.4. SecAmmo results are informational and analytical. The User independently makes decisions based on the information received, taking account of the nature of the User's activity and other available data.

11.5. SecAmmo does not grant the User any additional right to gain unlawful access to third-party information systems or perform other acts prohibited by law.

11.6. Certain SecAmmo functions may interact with third-party information services, including through an API key for the relevant service provided by the User (BYOK — Bring Your Own Key). Such services are also governed by the documents of their right holders. The use, transmission and, where applicable, storage of API keys and related technical data are described in the Personal Data Processing Policy and/or in the “Extended feature description” section of SecAmmo.

12. Updates and availability

12.1. The Licensor may develop and update SecAmmo, fix errors and change the interface, technical implementation, algorithms, data sources and set of functions.

12.2. During a period already paid for by the User, the Licensor does not, without sufficient grounds, materially reduce the core SecAmmo Pro functionality expressly stated as available to the User when the relevant payment was made.

12.3. The following are not considered a material reduction of functionality:

• a change to the interface;
• a change to the technical implementation;
• a change to an algorithm;
• replacement of one data source with another;
• a change of third-party data provider;
• renaming a function;
• another change that preserves a comparable functional purpose of the relevant SecAmmo capability.

12.4. If an individual function becomes permanently unavailable because a third-party service ceases operation, changes its terms, due to legal requirements, the need to address a security threat or other circumstances outside the Licensor's control, the Licensor may replace it with a functionally comparable solution.

12.5. If material paid SecAmmo Pro functionality is permanently discontinued for reasons attributable to the Licensor and cannot be replaced by a functionally comparable solution, the Licensor, taking account of the nature and duration of the limitation, offers the User either an extension of the Licence Term or a proportionate refund of the price of the unused part of the paid period.

12.6. Individual functions may be temporarily limited due to maintenance, correction of faults, software updates, failure of third-party infrastructure, changes to third-party data sources or other circumstances outside the Licensor's reasonable control.

12.7. The Licensor takes reasonable measures to restore its own infrastructure and the availability of functions in the event of technical faults.

13. Refunds

13.1. The User may request a refund in the cases and in the manner provided by this Offer and applicable law of the Russian Federation.

13.2. If a technical error causes the User to be charged twice for the same order, the excess amount is refunded after the relevant transaction is confirmed.

13.3. If, for reasons attributable to the Licensor, the User is not granted the right to use SecAmmo Pro within the period specified in clause 4.1 of this Offer, the User may choose to require provision of the paid Licence or a full refund of the amount paid for the relevant order.

13.4. If a confirmed technical malfunction attributable to SecAmmo makes the core paid SecAmmo Pro functionality unavailable and the malfunction is not corrected within five business days after the Licensor receives the User's request and the information necessary for diagnosis, the Licensor offers one of the following options, depending on the circumstances:

• provision of a functionally comparable solution;
• extension of the paid term taking account of the period of material unavailability;
• a proportionate refund of the price of the unused part of the paid period.

13.5. Provision of a Licence Key to the User does not by itself exclude the User's right to a refund where provided by this Offer or mandatory law.

13.6. If the User chooses to stop using SecAmmo Pro without a confirmed breach by the Licensor, a refund request is considered taking account of the period of use actually provided, the nature of the right purchased and the requirements of applicable law.

13.7. A refund request must be sent to sales@secammo.ru with information sufficient to identify the order. The Licensor may request additional information needed solely to verify that the order belongs to the applicant.

13.8. The Licensor considers a substantiated request and, where a refund is approved, initiates the refund no later than ten calendar days after receiving sufficient information to consider the request, unless mandatory law prescribes another period. The actual time for funds to be credited after the refund is initiated may depend on the bank, payment system and Payment Service.

14. Liability

14.1. The parties are liable for failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations in accordance with this Offer and applicable law.

14.2. The Licensor is not liable for inability to use SecAmmo arising from circumstances on the User's side, including an incompatible device or software, lack of Internet access or restrictions in the User's network.

14.3. The Licensor is not responsible for acts of independent third parties unless expressly required by law.

14.4. Nothing in this Offer excludes or limits the Licensor's liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

15. Personal data and privacy

15.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation and the Licensor's Privacy Policy.

15.2. The Licensor follows the personal-data minimisation principle and processes only information necessary for:

• placing and fulfilling an order;
• providing SecAmmo Pro;
• identifying a payment;
• sending licence information;
• handling User enquiries;
• complying with legal requirements.

15.3. The Licensor does not receive or store the User's full bank-card details.

15.4. Where the law requires the User's separate consent for specific processing of personal data, that consent is given separately from this Offer.

15.5. Acceptance of this Offer does not by itself replace separate consent to personal-data processing where the law requires such consent.

15.6. The current Privacy Policy is available at https://secammo.ru/en/privacy/.

16. Intellectual property

16.1. SecAmmo is a result of intellectual activity.

16.2. Formation of this Agreement does not assign the exclusive right in SecAmmo.

16.3. The User is granted only the right to use the software within the scope of this Offer.

16.4. The right of use is granted under a non-exclusive Licence.

16.5. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Website, the territory in which the Licence may be used is not limited to a particular country, provided that applicable law is observed and SecAmmo is technically available.

17. Electronic communications

17.1. The parties recognise email as an acceptable means of exchanging messages related to the formation and performance of this Agreement.

17.2. Messages to the User may be sent to the Contact Email Address entered when the order was placed.

17.3. Messages to the Licensor must be sent to sales@secammo.ru.

17.4. The User must independently keep access to the User's email account and Licence Key confidential.

18. Changes to the Offer

18.1. The Licensor may amend this Offer by publishing a new version on the Website.

18.2. A new version of the Offer applies to purchases and renewals paid for after the effective date of that version.

18.3. A period already paid for by the User is governed by the version of the Offer in force when the relevant payment was made, except for:

• changes required by the laws of the Russian Federation;
• changes improving the User's position;
• technical or editorial changes that do not reduce the scope of rights already acquired by the User.

18.4. A change to the Offer cannot by itself shorten a Licence Term already paid for or increase the price of an already paid period.

18.5. The effective date of each new version of the Offer is stated at its beginning.

19. Term and termination

19.1. The Agreement enters into force when the User accepts this Offer.

19.2. The term of the granted right to use SecAmmo Pro is determined in accordance with section 5 of this Offer.

19.3. When the paid term expires, the relevant right to use SecAmmo Pro ends unless the Licence has been renewed.

19.4. Termination of the paid Licence does not terminate the provisions on intellectual property, liability, confidentiality or any other provisions that by their nature continue after the Licence ends.

20. Dispute resolution

20.1. The parties seek to resolve disagreements through negotiations and email correspondence.

20.2. The Licensor's contact address is sales@secammo.ru.

20.3. Claims are considered within the periods established by applicable law.

20.4. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it is resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

20.5. This Offer does not restrict the consumer's statutory right to choose a legally available procedure for protecting the consumer's rights.

21. Final provisions

21.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

21.2. If any provision of this Offer is held invalid, that does not by itself invalidate the remaining provisions.

21.3. If individual purchase terms published on the Payment Page specify:

• the selected term;
• the price;
• the payment method;
• whether automatic renewal is present or absent,

those terms form part of the relevant order, provided that they were available to the User before payment.

21.4. If this Offer conflicts with mandatory legal requirements, those legal requirements apply.
